Now, it supports Trac (*1) and Redmine (*2).
We plan to be able to send to other Issue tracking systems (e.g. MantisBT, Bugzilla, JIRA, etc...).
*1 requires http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/XmlRpcPlugin
