With Youtube Pickalen, you can make every video shorter than your wanted duration disappear.
And you can also make them appear again with a reset button !
This is a very simple open source extension. It respects you and your privacy, it does not track you and only needs permissions for youtube.com.

* Shorter than (Maximum video time) : Remove all videos with a time greater than the specified duration.
* Longer than (Minimum video time) : Remove all videos with a time lesser than the specified duration.
