How to use
-------------
* Use control button to enable/disable danmaku.
* Youtube's default chat view is collapsed for performance and smooth danmaku rendering.
* When fast-forwarding/seeking, danmaku may take a while to be fetched.
* Reload the page if danmaku is not rendered.
