This is a clock for separated two.
It indicates your time and someone who is in a different timezone.
The red arrow and fan-shaped area show the time and day/night of them.
For example, if the red arrow points at 10 O'clock and the starry sky background, it indicates 10 p.m. on their side.
A clock will be shown whenever you opened the Chrome web browser and open a new tab.
Timezone can be changed by pulldown list on the right bottom.
