Options:
* The url to redirect to
* includes dropdown list of common examples
* An optional delay before redirecting (which lets you start typing a URL immediately, without needing to delete the redirected url)
* Debug mode -- just dumps some system events to the console

* storage -- so it can sync your settings across browser instances.
