To setup, go to the options page (right click on extension in top right and click "Options" or go to the "Manage Extensions" page) and enter the URL of the GitLab deployment (e.g., "https://gitlab.com/" or "https://gitlab.my-company.com/") and a Personal Access Token (click "create" after entering the URL to go to your profile to create one).
