Add 4 date range hotkeys for AdWords
Default keys:
Ctrl + Shift + Y = This year
Ctrl + Shift + 3 = 30 days
Ctrl + Shift + 1 = Today
Ctrl + Shift + 4 = This month
Can be changed in extension menu Extension Basic Information
