Adding The Pixel Challenge to Chrome means you will get a boost of motivation and self-discipline every time you open up a new tab. And not only that, it will inspire you with a photo and a quote, so you can have laser focus on your objectives. The Pixel Challenge will make sure you stay on track and committed to your goal.
★ Set a clear goal
What’s the one thing you can change about yourself that will increase the quality of your life? Start your Pixel Challenge by setting a goal. Goals help us achieve more in life: if we are not setting goals, we are not striving to progress.
★ Personal growth, 5 minutes at a time.
When setting your goal, start small: keep it nice and easy. Achievable. Don’t take on too much at once: that can completely destroy the entire process. Start with just 5 minutes, everyone can set aside five to ten minutes to go for a jog or sit down and work. You will eventually do it for way longer.
