Switching back and forth between Google Translate and Whatsapp is distracting and time-consuming. This translation app makes it fast and easy to translate your conversations on Whatsapp with Google Translate. Now you can effortlessly communicate with friends, family, and customers around the world.
***How It Works***
For WhatsApp messages sent to you:
1) Hover over any message.
2) Tap “Translate”
3) View the translation.
For WhatsApp messages you want to send:
1) In the send message field, write your message in English or your native language 2) Tap Translate to the left of the field.
3) Copy the translation and press send!
***Things You Should Know***
Please note this app will only work on WhatsApp’s Web App (https://web.whatsapp.com)
Make sure to set your language in the extension settings. It will automatically translate everything to that language.
We utilize the API provided by Google Translate to translate sentences and words. While not as accurate as human translation, this ensures translations are as accurate as they can be. We recommend using clear uncomplicated sentences for the best translations.
