Extension Usage Instructions
This tiny extension will produce English speech to whatever English text you highlight on a webpage.Highlight the desired text on the page or use Ctrl(Cmd)+A to select the entire page's contents and click on the extension's icon to listen to the text. You can also use the Shift+Y hotkey to produce speech. The extension will either try to produce speech from the text you highlighted on the page or from the clipboard (whatever you have currently copied in the clipboard, no matter whether it is copied from a page or from an external program) Extension Basic Information
