Extension Usage Instructions
This is a Chrome Extension designed to aid one's vocabulary building process, in a subtle manner. Pervasive GRE searches a webpage, and highlights words in the Barrons GRE 4,579 Wordlist, adding tooltips contain relevent definitions. In addition, Pervasive GRE also handles affixed words, extracting the correct word stem for your reference (Eg.: implied -> imply, liabilities -> liability). The goal is to bring to attention the new words you encountered in your daily surfing the net, turning leisure reading into pervasive learning opportunities.
Pervasive GRE works completely offline, with both build-in dictionary and spell checking.
Though this app is designed with aiding GRE preperation as its goal, it certainly helps general English language learners as well. Extension Basic Information
