Istruzioni per l'Uso dell'Estensione
This extension has 2 primary functions:
First, it replaces the links to Strawpoll in the chat from, for example, "http://strawpoll.me/1234567" to a customizable, easily-readable link, such as "Strawpoll 1234567: Do you like the New Group Qualifying?"
Second, it replaces all links from the screamer website "Strawpoii" to their respective Strawpoll.me URLs.

Version 1.1: Initial release!
Version 1.11: Fixed a bug where it would treat "http://strawpoll.me/10http://strawpoll.me/10" as a valid Strawpoll link.
P.S. An option I am considering adding is to vote for a Strawpoll via chat with a command like "/vote Informazioni di Base sull'Estensione
