This extension is for Analyst users of LANDESK(r) Service Desk to monitor a query/queue in real time.

Example Uses:
- Monitor incoming incidents to your Service Desk.
- Alert analysts of major issues.
- Track your approvals.

Features:
- One-click a toolbar icon to view and launch items in the query
- Live count update displays on the toolbar with traffic light colour indicators
- Desktop notifications of new items in the query
- Query and notification layouts are based on Report Templates of your choice for full control of the design.
