The Batch extension allows you to quickly toggle ON or OFF your extensions. This has helped save hours and made switching browser extension sets very easy to do.
You can also create profiles that have different Chrome extensions assigned to them. This is great for example switching between front end developer tools and backend developer tools.
There are a couple of quick action features at the top that allow you to switch profiles, visit your saved extensions dashboard and edit the settings and profiles very quickly.

The use cases stretch far beyond that but when I designed this extension is was mainly for switching profiles at speed.
