With these ten best candidates and the PreSourcingTool the recruiter can offer customers a wider range.
Every recruiter is looking with the first keywords that they can think of. This is a limitation. I do this. We all do this. The PreSourcingTool will present you more relevant words to search for, so you'll find not only the obvious candidates but also surprising new ones. This could also be obtained manually, but with the tool you have your first results within ten minutes.
The tool not only looks at common characteristics, but also for job titles and employers. More candidates can be found by making multiple matches of job titles and employers, current or previous, and the common characteristics of the top ten candidates. That quickly gives a wider range of candidates and options.
