Github Comment TrackerはBen Bernardによって開発されたChromeの拡張機能で、その主な機能は「Tracks resolved / unresolved state of comments on github pull requests」です。

Github Comment Tracker拡張子のファイルをcrx形式でダウンロードし、ブラウザにChrome拡張機能を手動でインストールするか、crxファイルを友達と共有して簡単にChrome拡張機能をインストールします。
拡張機能の使用方法
Adds 'Resolved' comment tracking to github pull requests. If you mark a comment as resolved, the comment id (and only the id) is stored in a public database hosted on Parse.
If all comments are not resolved, displays a warning next to the merge button.
