Date picker extensionは@KiwiCoderによって開発されたChromeの拡張機能で、その主な機能は「Add a calendar to any web page.」です。

Date picker extension拡張子のファイルをcrx形式でダウンロードし、ブラウザにChrome拡張機能を手動でインストールするか、crxファイルを友達と共有して簡単にChrome拡張機能をインストールします。
拡張機能の使用方法
This extension adds a calendar to any web page.
Activate the date picker by double-clicking in a text field, then click on a date to select it into the text field.
Alternatively click on the date picker icon in the extensions panel then click on a date to copy it to the clipboard.
Date format can be set in the options page.
