Reload-Refresh Tabとは何ですか？

Reload-Refresh Tabはhttp://standaloneinstaller.comによって開発されたChromeの拡張機能で、その主な機能は「Reload-Refresh Tab-(For One Tab)」です。

Reload-Refresh Tab拡張子のファイルをcrx形式でダウンロードし、ブラウザにChrome拡張機能を手動でインストールするか、crxファイルを友達と共有して簡単にChrome拡張機能をインストールします。

This does not use content scripts, so works very well.
Only supports one tab/page at a time for now.
