Click to translateはBarna Hunorによって開発されたChromeの拡張機能で、その主な機能は「Click on a word and get translation in a tooltip/overlay.」です。

拡張機能の使用方法

Click to translate assists you with word translation. Just one click - you get a translation for a single word. Powerful options can tailor your experience.
It resembles the “Lookup” feature that you can find on OSX or iOS devices.

PLEASE NOTE:
You should select a preferred language! The app won’t work without this setting. The settings page will be opened once you install the app. If you need to change your preferred language, you can use the extension’s options page.
