Fresh Cursorsとは何ですか？

Fresh CursorsはTommy Beardによって開発されたChromeの拡張機能で、その主な機能は「Customize mouse cursor with attractive cursor themes」です。

Fresh Cursors can change default cursor to *hundreds* of custom cursor styles.
