Get Your Ass Back to Work! is the best damn productivity extension out there. You know you can't be trusted, so GYABTW will ruthlessly close any time-wasting chrome tabs (like facebook, youtube, twitter, etc) after you've spent 15 seconds wasting your life away on them. To add insult to injury, a chrome notification will insult you for being a heap of wasted oxygen since you're watching cat videos instead of getting shit done.

GYABTW is fun and makes you more productive. It's an f'ing win-win for everyone.
