Flickr New Tabとは何ですか？

Flickr New TabはSubramaniaShivaによって開発されたChromeの拡張機能で、その主な機能は「Load the new tab page with a photo from Flickr Stream. You can choose the type of photos that you want to see.」です。

拡張機能の使用方法

Refresh yourself by seeing a new photo from Flickr public stream every time you open a new tab.

2 reasons why you should install this plugin when there are other similar plugins like this in chrome store:

1) This extension allows you to choose the type of images that you want to see when you open a new tab. You can do this by giving the tags of your choice. For example, if you are a nature lover like me, you can give tags like "nature, forest, trees, greenery" in the extension. Only the images relevant to these tags is displayed

2) This extension loads the image faster than other plugins and consumes less bandwidth

Please note that the photos displayed through this extension belong to the respective owners. Clicking on the photo link will take you to the corresponding Flickr page. You can view the details about the owner form there

The tags follow "OR" logic. So if you give two completely different tags, image that fall under either of these categories will be shown. For example, if you give tags as "Baby, Buildings", you will see either a baby image or a building image when you open a new tab. It is better to give multiple tags according to your taste, so that you get a good mix of images.
