This extension works on the ChatGPT website.

・Edit/Delete: Edit or delete saved instructions.

使い方：
この拡張機能は、ChatGPTのサイトで動作いたします。
保存している設定を読み込む際は、必ずChatGPTのサイトを開いて使用してください。
主な機能：
・カスタムインストラクションの保存：設定名、設定内容（ユーザー設定、応答スタイル）を一つのセットとして保存。
・編集／削除：保存したインストラクションの編集や削除。
・簡単切り替え：セレクトボックスで保存したインストラクションを選択して、ChatGPTの設定画面に読み込みが可能です。
注意点：
すでにインストールしている別の拡張機能との相性により正常に動作しない場合があります。
