If you create GitHub issues with tired boilerplate everyday, you had better try "Issue Creator".

With this extension, you do not have to write usual template in your issue. Because this enable you to save issue template and to start writing issue with saved template from any location by clicking popup.

[Repository Information]
You can save multiple repositories which you want to create issues.

[Issue Template]
You can save single template. (Sorry about it, I'm developing new feature for multiple templates!)
Template has the five attributes below.

- Title
- Body
- Labels
- Milestone
- Assignee

Note: Editing Labels, Milestone, and Assignee is allowed to only collaborators.
