A simple plugin which helps you to access soft-paywalled articles on TechInAsia, both for English and Indonesian versions.
Improvements for version v2:
- Removing the hard prompt for paywall at the bottom of the page
- Better detection of paywall tags
- Fixing the broken content on the article due to lazy loading of the content.
Improvements for version v3:
- Fixing the issue with the redundant requests on click
- Enabling data unmasking for company pages
- Update on context menu text
Improvements for version v4:
- Fixing the unblocking issue which requires refreshing of the extension
With v3, you can now unblock the contents of a company page, where you can see the funding details, as well as email information, if there is any. Please note, as there is no way to replicate the styling, user of the extension accepts that although the shown data is retrieved properly, it will be shown in a different format than the site's own characteristic format.
