In case you want the broadcasting to be over all windows:
1. Open the page : chrome://flags or press “Broadcasting (Window/Panel)” in extension settings.
2. Find item “Plug in Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS panels”.
3. Turn it on.
4. Reboot your Chrome or Chromium.
