Missed 'alt' attribute in 'img' Tag.
Missed 'scope' attribute in 'table' Tag.
Missed 'for' attribute in 'label' Tag.
Missed 'title' attribute in 'a' Tag.
Missed 'href' attribute in 'a' Tag.
Missed 'title' attribute in 'iframe' Tag.
Empty 'href' attribute in 'a' Tag.
The "label's" attribute for attribute is pointed to valid form field.
