Here's how TimeWriter works:
1) Select time slots on Google Calendar and then click "Add to Clipboard." TimeWriter saves these times to your clipboard, appearing like this:
Mon, Jan 2: 9a-11a EST
Tue, Jan 3: 8a-9a, 10a-12p EST
2) For time zone adjustments, type and select any city worldwide. TimeWriter automatically adjusts your clipboard times to match your recipient's time zone, like this:
Mon, Jan 2: 2p-4p CET
Tue, Jan 3: 1p-2p, 3p-5p CET
3) When ready, paste it into your message and hit send. 🚀
TimeWriter is free to use. If needed, you can upgrade to TimeWriter Pro ($1/mo), which removes the "Time Slots by TimeWriter" email signature.
