This adds the Solarized Light theme to your devtools. Some brief setup time is required, as this is a non-standard theme for Chrome. See below for instructions.
TO INSTALL:
1. Open chrome, and navigate to chrome://flags/
2. Search for 'Enable Developer Tools experiments', and click 'Enable'
3. Restart chrome
4. Go to developer settings (CMD+ALT+I on Mac)
5. Click the settings icon (a small cog)
6. Click 'experiments', and then enable 'Allow Custom UI Themes'
7. Install this app
