CardLife DB is a chrome extension built for the Lord of the Rings: The Card Game LCG. It contains a card search packed with every player card to date, and will continue to be updated whenever a new release hits the shelves. There is also a deck builder that will allow you save all of your decks locally in your chrome browser. There is some built in support for OCTGN as well.
