Version 5.4 - Added defined SLAs to options to populate DueOn and ScheduledOn, Removed Title selector for options opting to use email address instead.

Version 5.6 - fix date change in Mojo API
Version 5.7 and 5.8 and 5.9 - added some code to move towards Firefox Extension
Version 6.0 - Changed from Content Scripts to Background Scripts so the Mail Domain and Mojo Domain could be dynamic.
Version 6.1 - Fixed issue with scheduled_on and due_on being always calculated when force slas was enabled.

Version 6.4 - Fixed issue where portlet drops behind existing divs
