扩展使用说明
This extension helps you save web pages as PDF when you're browsing. It will try to create a PDF of the page as you are viewing it.
Note - it uses the PDFmyURL.com service so you need to be online to use it.
How to use:
1 Install the PDFmyURL Extension
2 Go to the page you wish to PDF
3 Click the PDFmyURL button
4 Once the PDF is created, a new tab will open with your PDF
It will work for most pages (also when you're on a protected site or on your local system), but unfortunately not for all pages. Some pages that may not work:
- pages that heavily rely on JavaScript to run locally, such as Gmail
- pages that display a PDF
- pages that are extremely large
We recommend using an AdBlocker when you surf. Since we try to PDF the page as is it means you also don't get the ads in the PDF.
For first time use note that you need to refresh any page that was already open before you installed our extension.
If you want to use this extension to PDF pages on your local file system then please allow our extension access to those files with the following steps:
1 - Visit chrome://extensions
2 - choose "details" on our extension
3 - activate "Allow access to file URLs" and then reload the tab that you wanted to PDF
