Praxis helps reduce the negative impacts of extended web browsing such as eye strain, poor posture, diet, and general inactivity by reminding users to take a healthy break.

-A Chrome notification every 20 minutes to remind you of the 20-20-20 rule: Look 20 feet away from the screen every 20 minutes for at least 20 seconds.
-A new exercise or yoga pose with an instructional gif accompanying the reminders to help incorporate some physical activity into your daily routine.
