Fragmented understandings are organised for you to form a complete understanding of a topic.
How to achieve it? You 'stamp' the text selection with your comment (i.e.why the selection is interested to you), we keep all your 'stamps' together with your stamped content organized based upon the topic.
Reading online is one of the most important way of absorbing new information. However, reading much doesn't necessarily mean forming a good understanding.
