Cloud Skills Academy is an e-learning resource that provides help pages, interactive demonstrations, tips and shortcuts on all topics in Google Workspace.
This extension offers self-service access to the Cloud Skills Academy from any screen in Chrome. If you are using Google Workspace, you will be given a choice of help categories relevant to the application you are currently working in.
Your organisation has made a decision to deploy Google Workspace Email, Docs or Sites. For a successful deployment you need to ensure:
- That your employees are aware of Google Workspace's capabilities
- They how to take advantage of all features and facilities
- That your help-desk can handle any usage questions
