When you try to open something like 'support.microsoft.com/kb/path' or "developer.mozilla.org", extension redirects your to the corresponding page with "en-us" locale.
The example of extension usage:
1) search for "MS VS 2015 C++ support"
2) suggested result is "https://msdn.microsoft.com/ru-ru/library/60k1461a.aspx"
3) click on the suggested result
4) the extention automatically redirects to https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/60k1461a.aspx
