This also lists info from the https://reddit.com/r/soccerstreams page along the match threads.
Update: /r/soccerstreams has shut down and moved to /r/soccerstreams_pl and soccerstreams_other
Update 2: The above two subreddits have also been banned. I will keep changing the source of streams as the situation evolves.
