Stack Over Follow enable you to get unanswered questions from StackOverFlow every 60 seconds, and follow questions that you interesting in from the given list or from open tabs with questions from StackOverFlow.
The number on the icon describe the following questions count.
Check/Uncheck the check box near to the question in order to mark it follow.
Active questions - list of 24 random/tagged unanswered questions from StackOverFlow.
Current Browsing - open questions in one of chrome windows/tabs.
Following Questions - questions that you marked as follow.
